Advice for the return of packaging
For countries other than Germany the respective valid regulations must be considered. Your specialist dealer will be able to provide you with the relevant information.
Return of batteries according to battery regulations (BattV)
Any consumer is obligated by law to return old and/or used batteries (rechargable and non-rechargable) according to the German battery regulation. Because some products in our product range include batteries, we'd like to point out the following: Used Batteries (rechargable and non-rechargable) do not belong in the domestic waste. In Germany old batteries can be handed over at the local municipal collecting point for such items or returned to any shop that sells batteries of that sort (please note that other countries may handle it differently!). In case you have batteries that you would like to return to us, please send them with sufficient postage to the following address:

Information to the marketing, return and environmentally friendly disposal of electrical and electronic appliances.
For EU countries only: Electric and electronic appliances that are no longer in use cannot be disposed of with domestic rubbish. According to european guideline 2002/96/EG for electric and electronic waste appliances, and the conversion into national law, waste electric tools must be collected seperately and introduced into an environmentally compatible recycling programme. Your specialist dealer can inform you about disposal possibilities.
For Germany only: The customer is responsible for the disposal of the delivered goods when they are of no further use, at his own expense, in accordance with the legal regulations. The customer thus makes Spiggle & Theis exempt from the obligations of article10, para 2, ElektroG (Manufaturers Take-Back Obligation) and resulting third party claims.
