Platin-Teflon-Pistons, auch bekannt unter dem Begriff "Flachbandprothesen", sind die heute wohl am häufigsten verwendeten Stapes-Prothesen in der HNO-Chirurgie.

- Bewährte Materialkombination aus Platin (Bügel) und Teflon (Schaft).
- Die patentierte Gestaltung des Bügels mit vier querlaufenden Rillen sorgt für eine gleichmäßige Umschließung des Ambossschenkels und minimiert so das Risiko einer Nekrose (siehe Zeichnung).
